We cultivate our own cacao trees in Cameroon, nurturing them every step of the way. From the soil to the harvest, and from fermentation and drying to roasting and the final composition of the chocolate—we master the entire journey.Â
While most chocolatiers purchase harvests, we do everything ourselves to guarantee each chocolate’s authenticity, quality, and soul. This approach creates unique chocolates expressing the true essence of our terroir.
