Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these sites in accordance with general legislation pursuant to Article 7(1) of the Swiss Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Articles 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
